Van Kleeck of Olivebridge, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Polis and Joan Gill; her husband Jay W. Van Kleeck; her sons, Justin Van Kleeck (Katherine) of Charlotte, NC and Jason Van Kleeck of Catskill, NY; and her siblings, Louis, Jay Polis and Anne Marie Keegan. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
