She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Polis and Joan Gill; her husband Jay W. Van Kleeck; her sons, Justin Van Kleeck (Katherine) of Charlotte, NC and Jason Van Kleeck of Catskill, NY; and her siblings, Louis, Jay Polis and Anne Marie Keegan. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
