He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ingalls Fraser; his children, Tina Hinkle of New Jersey, Nichole Fraser of Fillmore, Howard Fraser of Avoca and Louis Fraser of Caneadea; his siblings, Susan Jackson of Avoca, Bette Groves of Florida, Gertrude Morgan (David W.) of Canisteo, Daniel Fraser (Carole) of Idaho, John Sherner of Canisteo and Leon White (Stacy) of Greenwood; and his half-siblings, Cheryl Seward of Florida, Stephen Fraser of California and Brian Fraser of Florida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
