He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Vaughn and Jenny Thompkins Vaughn; his granddaughter Lexie Costello; and his siblings, Rose Vaughn, Eleanor Green, Walter Vaughn, Sr., Nina (Shirley Hicks) and Edward Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Fisk Vaughn; his children, Glenn Vaughn (Jennifer) of California and Tonya Costello (Randall) of Salamanca; his grandchildren, Dante Vaughn, Kaylee Vaughn (Jamie), Randall Costello, Jr. (Rayona), Alexis Vaughn (Alice), Carter Vaughn (Alyssa) and Maddison Costello; and his great grandchildren, Maddox Peoples, Ezra Vaughn and Harper Costello. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
