Chapus; his son Greg Kwiatkowski (Elizabeth) of Olean; his grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Judd) of Allegany, Christina Matz (Michael) of Portville, Matthew Kwiatkowski (Michelle Mohler), Ryan Sciandra (Addi) of New York City and Margo Ferraro (Nick) of Rochester; his brother Joseph Kwiatkowski of Bath; and his son-in-law Russ Sciandra (Tina).
