She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hicks (Tim), Elizabeth, Laurie Crisafulli, Theresa Ruhl (Bernie), Valarie Sass, Vito Crisafulli, Jr. and Kenneth Puderbach; her grandchildren, Harliegh, Bradley, Arielle Vaughn, Angelina, Vincent Carr (Jennifer), Richard (Jamie), Lisa, Theresa (Al), Ian, Shana Carr, Derek Spillman (Lisa), Sara Clark, Vito Crisafulli, III and Rachel Jeckovich (Tom); and her sister JoAnn Lewis (Al). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
