He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Martinelli; and his grandmothers, Margaret Martinelli and Peggy Furey. He is survived by: his parents, Steven J. Martinelli (Mary Martinelli) and Joyce A. Martinelli (Furey) of Olean; his siblings, Steven R. Blaske of Allegany and Crystal Blaske-Cooneyof Allegany; his stepsiblings, Nikki Pensyl of Wellsville and Richard Pensyl of Wellsville; and his grandfather John Furey of San Diego. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels (202 S Union St, Olean, NY 14760). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM.
