He is survived by: his children, Theodore, Terry J. Shaw (Cathy) of Debary, FL., Todd J. Shaw (Sherri) of Olean and Thomas J. Shaw of Olean; and his siblings, Edward Shaw (Pam), Melanie Keith (Ken) and Brandon Starks. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
