She is survived by: her siblings, William Van Sickle (Pat Wind) of Allegany, Barbara Van Sickle (Phillip Stephan) of Allegany and Margie Kosinski (Paul) of Olean; her siblings-in-law, Samuel Peters (Judy) of Utah and Mickie Terry (Creed) of Oregon; her nephew Frank Van Sickle (Theresa); and her nieces, Tammie Champlin (Collin), Michelle Platt (Jeff), April Ruth, Beth Mack (Jeff), Sue Giardini (Dave), Amy Malloy (Kelly), Andrea Hlasnick (Jason), Melissa Riehle (Jon) and Jennifer Kriegel (Josh Van Sickle).
