She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merle Morris and Gloria Worters Morris; her husband James "Stan" Polk; her daughters, Deborah Peters of Olean and Amy Reynolds (Albie) of Olean; her grandchildren, Lewis Peters, Dylan Burlingame, Noelle Coen, Marcus Snyder, Dillon Reynolds, Faith Miller and Xavier Cook; her siblings, Judy Morris of Sheridan, Cindi Rauh of Olean and James Morris of Olean; her son Kevin Burlingame; and her brother-in-law James Rauh. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
