He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Theodore, Sharon Graves and David Mikolajczyk. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley J. and Catherine Ruby Mikolajczyk; his son Scott Mikolajczyk (Micha Stein-Verbit) of McLean; his grandson Eliott Brooks Stein of McLean; and his sisters, Paula Givan of Olean, Susan Mikolajczyk of Olean, Sally Kolasinski (John) of Hinsdale and Donna Mikolajczyk of Olean.
