He is survived by: his parents, Katie Kelley and Richard Smith, Jr.; his brother Richard A. Smith of Salamanca; and his grandparents, Laurie Riordan (Mike Kosinski) of New Braunfels, TX, Michael Kelley of Olean and Jana Logan of Salamanca. He is also survived by great-great aunt and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
