She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Anthony and Jessie Bell Rogers Spino; her husband Leslie P. Tarr, Jr.; her daughter Brenda Dominessy; and her siblings, Alberta Peters, Joseph Spino and Judith Grace Ellison.
She is survived by: her children, David C. Bennett of Olean, Russell Tarr (Amy) of Lenoir, NC., Lucinda Turner of Williamsburg, VA., Lisa Ann Carpenter (Donald) of Olean and Matthew Tarr (Tarah) of Olean; her sisters, Lillian Smith (Calvin) of Eldred, PA, Mary JoAnn Shine of Franklinville, Patricia Titus (Dennis) of Salamanca and Bubba; and her grandson Zachery Tarr. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
