She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Lamberson and Katherine "Kate" Lamberson (Beliles); her siblings, Joseph Lamberson and Bobbie-Kay Mikolajczyk; her brother-in-law Steve Mikolajczyk; her brother Richard "Rick" Lamberson; and her niece Erica Lamberson.
She is survived by: her siblings, George-Ann Lamberson of Olean and John Lamberson (Lori) of Cuba, NY; and her sister-in-law Elaine Lamberson of Allegany. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Funeral arrangements are in care of Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY Sally's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
