It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne E. Hale (Olean, New York), born in Cuba, New York, who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank A. Hale; her significant other Joseph of Maine; her sister Cynthia K. Boysha; and her nephew Richard A. Boysha, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Doris A. Tyler Hale of Olean; her brother John A. Harloff of Olean; her stepchildren, Misty E. Jackson (Kyle) of Olean and Joseph (Stacy) of Olean; and her stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Kyla, Tiana, Bella and Ariel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
