He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O. Gross and Hattie E. Rader Gross; and his brothers, George and Jim Gross. He is survived by: his pet Rader; his wife Marlyn R. Doty; his children, Ronald L. Gross Jr. (Patricia) of Olean, Lorraine G. Nenno (Jerry) of Olean and Roger M. Gross (Michele) of West Clarksville; his grandchildren, Catherine Gross (Kyle), Matthew Gross (Alicia), Jessica Laverty (Bryan), Jamie Negrych (Todd) and Kristine Gross (Ben Herne); his great grandchildren, Payton, Alaina, Brayden, Evan, Hunter, Nolan and Owen; and his siblings, Annie Colicco, Bonnie Pascucci, Debbie Hemphil, Cindy Johnston, Doug, Fred, Joe and Mark Gross.
