She was predeceased by: her father James Edward; and her boyfriend Christopher Henderson. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Dorothy Holt Tolsma; her children, Amanda Tucker of Bradford, PA, Cassie Tucker of Bradford, PA, Mirranda Baker of Salamanca and Charrity Baker of Olean; her grandchildren, Jomar Diaz-Polo, Thalia Diaz-Polo, Tiana Diaz-Polo, Jose Dias-Polo, Haley Bishop, Khloe Thomas and Isaac Dahlke; and her siblings, Donna, Joshua, Jesse, Dustin and Linda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home (3128 W State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
