Middaugh of Olean; her stepchildren, James R. Dunn of St. Petersburg, FL and Lorena E. Lucynski (Stanley) of St. Petersburg, FL; her grandchildren, Bryant, Brett, Ricky Jr., Kristy, Nicole, Michelle, Kyle, James, Bobby, Jennifer, Andy, Brian, Cristin, Valerio, Monte and Brandon; her stepgrandchildren, Mary, Kori, James and Bonnie; and her siblings, Dorothy I. Kingdon of Perry, Franklin R. Porter of Olean and Katherine J. Ward of Scio. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
