She was predeceased by: her parents, Fenton II and Carolyne McGonnell; her brother Christopher; her sister-in-law Kathy McGonnell; and her niece Kelley Lash.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Fred Bailey; her son Phillip D.; and her brothers, Fenton III McGonnell (Deborah) of Durham, NC, James McGonnell of Olean and Mark McGonnell (Joan) of Olean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
