He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence O'Connor and Marian Covert O'Connor; his significant other Linda E. Tyson; his daughters, Robin Charles (James) of Olean and Jennifer Sisson (Brian) of Olean; his grandchildren, Connor Charles Baer (Ryan), Collin Charles (Anna) and Ryan Sisson (Annabelle); his great grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Baer, Rhett Baer and Weston Charles; and his sister Bonnie O'Connor McKillip of Port Allegany, PA. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
