He is survived by: his parents, Delton Say and Helen Williams Say Pickard; his spouse Sylvia Kisel; his children, Ellen Herner (Jeffrey) of Portville, Laura Baker (Tod) of Tecumseh, Jason Say of Olean and Pamela Say of Glenwood; and his grandchildren, Richard Herner, Cheyenne Herner, Jacob Baker, Kendrah Baker and Amelia Witter.
