He was predeceased by: his father David A. Silsby. He is survived by: his mother Alice M. Blauvelt Silsby of Booneville, MS; his fiancé Leighann of Portville; his son David A. Silsby of Portville; his stepdaughter Maddison L. Stermer of Portville; and his sisters, Susan A. Nardozzi (Tony) of Geneva, Linda C. Pomerow of Booneville, MS, Jacki L. Falk (Mike) of Olean, Tina M. Farr (Jeromy) of Olean and Sherry L. Silsby of Geneva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
