He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Joseph and Marlene M. Abbotoy Kelley; and his siblings, Randall L. Kelley, Leo J. Kelley III and Jody L. Kelley.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray A. Kelley of Olean and Rikki Lee Kelley of Perry; and his siblings, Rodney B. Kelley of Allegany, Terry L. Kelley (Sandra) of Fillmore and Renee M. Taylor (Dan) of Friendship. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
