He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Skinner and Wilma Marie Skinner; and his brother Larry Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Deborah J Ferry; his children, Lori Skinner Raughley of Maryland, Kim Emley (Tim) of Portville, Jamie Brisbee (Kevin) of Olean and Mark Skinner (Maybel) of Tennessee; and his brother Richard Skinner of Florida. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
