He was predeceased by: his father Scott Matya (Daisy); his uncle Paul Matya; and his grandfather Richard Mansfield. He is survived by: his mother Teri Kahle; his fiancé Krailyn Clayton; his son Levi Matya; his siblings, Victoria Kahle, Heather Matya, Dominik Kahle and Jesus Paul Matya; his grandparents, Pamela Johnson, Yvonne and Paul Matya; his stepparents, Martin Kahle and Tirzah Matya; his stepsiblings, Darius, Tristan and Mckenna; his aunts, Tammy Rovito (Chris) and Emily Johnson; his uncle Ryan Johnson (Marcy); and his cousins, Brittany, Alina, Gabby, Sarah, Lauren, Drew, Cayden and Brody.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Harvest Field Outreach Ministries Soup Kitchen (406 W State St, Olean, NY 14760) where Quinton found great pleasure in volunteering.
