We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2025, at the age of 88, Phyllis A. Burt of Olean, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Thompson and Ruth Thompson (Jaggard); her husband John W. Burt; her sons, Kermit and Kevin Burt; her grandson Derek Burt; and her siblings, Leonard, Maynard and Janice Carpenter.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Burt (Lindsey Miller) of Cuba, Tammy Comes (James) of Cuba, Tim Burt (Helene Knaub) of Greece and Tracy Burt (Rebecca) of Cuba; and her sisters, Gloria Gross (Joe) of Cuba, Marilyn Schneider of Greece and Joanie Thomspon of Victor. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
