It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti J. Smith of Olean, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Peterson and Sharon A. Bowen Peterson; her husband Michael T. Smith, Sr.; her sisters, Debra Peterson Leonard and Cheryl Peterson; and her great-nephew Jace Silvis.
She is survived by: her sister Karen Peterson (LaVor Henry) of Phoenix, AZ; her nieces and nephews, Johnathan Perrington, Brandyn Perrington, Stacy Gayton, William Gayton and Tayona Peterson; and her friend Doris Herrmann of Olean.
