She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Kuhn Cook of Olean, NY and Edward Cook; and her sisters, Virginia Drabant, Victoria of Washington, Veronica Volz, Theresa Cook and Geraldine Hopkins.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Robert Hopkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many great nieces and nephews.
