He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Mary Golden, Wilber and Rose Rhinehart; and his sister-in-law Diane Fairbanks.
He is survived by: his parents, Norman Rhinehart, Sr. (Nadine) of Allegany and Judy Davis (Bradly) of Cuba; his son Eaton; his wife Patricia; his children, Nichole Zink (Jim) of Allegany, Neal June (Angela) of Olean, Sarah Rhinehart (Kerry) of New Cumberland and Christopher Rhinehart (Alison Gehan) of Tampa, Florida.; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Zink (Seth Desautels), Ryann Zink, Nolan Zink and Harper June; his sister Teri Cowles (Gary); his cousin Greg Clark (Deb) of Olean; and his mother-in-law Patricia Hopper. He is also survived by stepsiblings, an aunt and uncles, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
