She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Hull and Frances L. Halsen Hull; her son James "Jay" Blackwell; and her siblings, David, Thomas Hull and Marilyn Ervay.
She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Blackwell (Sherry) of Tennessee, Lynne M. Fehl (Chip) of Pittsburg, PA. and Kevin C. Blackwell of Olean; her grandchildren, Russell, James, Sarah, Tim, Sommer and Stefany; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Everett, Mara, Hayden and Jocelyn; and her siblings, Larry Hull of Olean and Phyllis Blaskee (Dan) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
