She was predeceased by: her grandmother Constance Sherlock; and her uncle Richard Sherlock, II. She is survived by: her daughter Alizza Marie Hawkins; her parents, Sandra L. Sherlock and Jeffrey Hawkins; her sisters, Amanda Sherlock of Buffalo and Allison R. Jimerson of Cattaraugus; and her grandparents, Richard Sherlock of Olean and Pamela Hawkins. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
