She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy D. Rogers Phillips; and her brother Shawn P. Phillips. She is survived by: her father Roger J. Phillips; her daughter Nancy D. Price (Zarek) of Port Allegany; her granddaughters, Everleigh and Octavia Price; her brothers, Jason Phillips (Beth) of Kenbridge, VA., Corey Phillips (Veronica) of Millport, PA. and Andrew Phillips of Olean; her stepbrothers, Todd Welka (Carissa) of Virginia Beach and Brian Welka of Cattaraugus; and also Roger J. Phillips (Karen) of Summerfield, FL..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. - Olean (646 E State St, Olean, NY 14760). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heart Comfort House at 141 E State Street, Wellsville, NY 14895.
