He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Kelley (Dustin Graham) of Allegany; his stepchildren, James and Camdyn Graham; his stepmother Bobbi Jo Sisson of Olean; and his siblings, Samuel J. Kelley of Corning, Marypat Erhart of Buffalo, Daniel Kelley (Sara) of Hornell, Dorris L. Kelley of Olean, Matthew John Kelley (Sara) of Belfast, Elizabeth J. Barber (Fredrick) of Addison, Kathleen J. Hewitt (Benjamin) of Olean and Colleen Kelley of Cuba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
