He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Booth and Alice Booth. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Burch Booth; his children, Tracey Kennedy (Tim), Tyler Booth and Trisha Pidanick (Richard); and his brothers, David Booth and Steven Booth (Debbie). He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
