She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Celestine Cattoni Gallagher; and her daughter Cassandra Bell. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Rick" Bell, Jr.; her son Matthew S. Bell (Michelé) of Allegany; her grandchildren, Amelia, Nolan and Lauren; her close friend Pete Stuckey of Portville; and her brother Jack Gallagher.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cattaraugus County SPCA, 2944 NY-16, Olean, NY 14760 in care of her cat "Scruffy".
