He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Carapellatti and Patricia A. Barr Carapellatti; and his nephew Jason Tucker. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Carapellatti (Gail), Richard Carapellatti (Helena), Paul Carapellatti (Lynn) of Hinsdale, Mary Ann Dupree (Robert), Susan Tucker (Michael) of Olean and Michele Benham (Greg) of Hinsdale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and several grand nieces and nephews.
