It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Lester Knowlton of Olean, New York, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Willard and Geneva Stevens Knowlton; and his siblings, Kenneth, Joseph, June Knowlton, Mary Elliott, Margaret Larkin, Jane Champlin and Dawn Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Ella Farr; his daughter Cindy J. Spencer (Dawn); his grandchildren, Kendra R. Knowlton (Jacob Darrin) of Allegany, Casey J. Knowlton of Olean and Corey D. Spencer of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Marcella Brown of Olean, Willard Knowlton of Jamestown, Lorraine Knowlton of Olean and Barbara Williams (Frank) of Olean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
