He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M. Baldwin and Barbara J. Marvin Baldwin; and his sisters, Marcella Smith and Cindy Gerhard. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne L. Chapman; his children, Danielle Flake (Daniel) of Olean, Jack Baldwin of Olean and Nathan Baldwin (Sarah) of Olean; his grandchildren, Hunter Flake, Jacoby Flake and Evelyn Baldwin; his sisters, Catherine Smith (Larry) of West Clarksville and Pam Hooper of Salamanca; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Smith of Olean, John Gerhard of Tennessee, Robert Chapman, Jr. of Humphrey and Donna Donovan (Joseph) of Olean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
