Howell, Anna E. and Amy L. O'Neal; and her siblings, James H. Slavin (Ann) of Phoenix, AZ, Carol A. Roadcap of Apalachin, Jacquelin C. Kratochvil (Gary) of Johnson City and Diana L. Scanlon (Tim) of Olean. She is also survived by her friends, but she truly loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren and children, and her best friend.
