She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Ray Haskins; and her siblings, Danny Merrick and Kay Merrick. She is survived by: her parents, James Leroy and Ella Jane Merrick (Chilson); her children, Nathan Ray Haskins of Friendship and Jannah Haskins of Pennsylvania; her brothers, Kevin Merrick of Cuba, Jerry Merrick of Bolivar and Karl Merrick of Friendship; her stepsisters, Kathy Merrick, Queena Merrick and Kim Merrick; and her friend Cathy Wahl of Wellsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
