She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Rado and Joan Rado (Walsh); and her sister Barbara Cornwall (Rado). She is survived by: her husband Paul Seth Weatherley; her siblings, Timothy Rado (Mundy), Georgia, Stephen Rado and Carol Rado; her nieces and nephews, Kevin Cornwall of Bath, Robert Akines (Jacqueline) of Washington, DC, Becca Hardesty (Nick) of Stone Mountain, Sarah Akines of Buford and Megan Pisaneschi of South Carolina; and her stepdaughters, Paula Gary of Ohio, Tara Baker (Ashley) of Somersworth and Chasity Kubic (Daniel) of Silver Creek. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Donations may be made in Joyce's honor to Culture of Life Ministries in Harlingen, Texas, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
