He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin M. Miller and Rose Foster Miller; and his daughter Airika J. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Amy Ortega Miller; his children, Steven L. Henderson (Tera) of Santa Fe, TX, Stacy M. Henderson of Dickinson, TX, Frankie J. Miller of Olean, Amy Rose Molina (Guillermo) of New Braunfels, TX, Brooke M. Jackson (Brook) of West Seneca and James H. Green of New Braunfels; and his granddaughter Precious. He is also survived by sister and a brother and several nieces and nephews.
