He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Gerrity, Sr. and Dora E. Annis-Gerrity; and his brother Greg "Bill" Gerrity. He is survived by: his spouse Paula Putzke; his children, John Gerrity (Molly) of Greenwood, SC, Ryan Gerrity of Olean, NY, Megan Gerrity of Buffalo, NY and Kelly Gerrity (Chris) of Olean, NY; and his siblings, Patricia Gerrity, Michael Gerrity (Liz) of Sylvania, OH, Eva Naber (Joe) of Perrysburg, NY, Dolly Gerrity of Lackawanna, NY and Kate Gerrity-Donahue of Olean, NY. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters; 5 grandsons; 1 great granddaughter; 1 great grandson.
