He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Lengvarsky and Geraldine L. Lengvarsky; and his sister Janet Boon. He is survived by: his siblings, Priscilla Stark (James) of Olean, Darla Lengvarsky of Olean, William Lengvarsky of Florida, Edward Lengvarsky (Pat) of Florida and Donald Lengvarsky (Denise) of Allegany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
