He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Derx and June Beck Derx; and his siblings, Dennis Derx and Rebecca Nolder. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Adam Derx of Pittsburgh, PA and Amber LeBlanc (Matthew) of Knoxville, TN; his grandson Kayden LeBlanc; and his sisters, Cassie Atcheson (Frank) of Phoenix, AZ and Mary Pat Peterson (Robert) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
