He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. and Marian Zangare Caldwell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Grego; his son Chris; his grandchildren, Chase Caldwell of Portville, Marchele Day of Kentucky, Obidah Ramadhan, Jr. of Kentucky, James Wolf of Allegany and Natalie Wolf of Allegany; his sons, Chad Caldwell (Kristin) of Portville and Christopher Caldwell of Portville; his stepchildren, Anthony Wolf (Connie) of Allegany and Michele Ramadhan (Obi) of Kentucky; his brother Robert C. Caldwell, III (Lorraine) of Wellsville; his niece Tami McCarthy (Jim) of North Hornell; and his nephew Rob Caldwell (Nicole) of Wellsville. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
