He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Faulkner and Mary E. Dick Faulkner; his son Mark Lee Faulkner (Carol Riehle); and his brother John Faulkner. He is survived by: his children, Michael Faulkner (Michael Rawlings) of Center Cross, VA, Matthew Faulkner (Vera) of Port Charlotte, FL and Jocene Henderson (Gregg) of Port Charlotte, FL; his foster children, Gail Sisson, Ronald Madison and Rosemary Ryan; his grandchildren, Dustin Preston, Korey Faulkner, Devin Preston, Emily Faulkner and Megan Preston-Orr; and his siblings, Donald D. Faulkner of Richburg, Duane K. Faulkner of Richburg and Molly Bishop of Wellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
