He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy D. Thomas and Diane Evans; his girlfriend Debbie Horner; his children, Barbara Brant of Almond, Jeffrey M. Evans, Jr. of Elmira and James Evans of Elmira; his siblings, Todd Evans of Olean and Christina Thomas of Wellsville; and his stepchildren, Bobbie Jo Coddington of Portville, Christopher Horner (Tara Fuller) of Bliss, Stacy Kauhl (Joe) of Olean, Robert Burlew, Jr. of Olean, Lindsey Cruz of Buffalo and Ashley Greene (Bradley) of Delevan. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 25 step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
