He was predeceased by: his father Robert Chandler; and his brother Leroy Chandler. He is survived by: his mother Sallie Chandler of Salamanca; his sons, Adam Chandler of Olean and Jeffrey Chandler of Eugene, OR; and his granddaughter Luci. He is also survived by aunt and several cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of life will be organized at a later time and date.
