She was predeceased by: her parents, John Quigley and Dorothy Higgins Quigley; her husband Casimir A. Konieczka; her son Casimir H. Konieczka; her brother Patrick Quigley; her cousin Timothy Driscoll; and her son-in-law Stephen O'Mara.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lorrie Cooney (Thomas Michael) of Spring, TX, Kathie O'Mara (Steve) of Cortland, NY, Nancy Wonderling of Olean, NY and Mary Browning (Michael) of Port Richey, FL.; and her cousin Dennis Driscoll.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, or to Intandem, 1439 Buffalo St., Olean, NY 14760.
