She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton F. Kellner and Jessie I. Taylor; her husband Lester Kyser; her son Douglas C. Houston; and her siblings, Sue Canfield and Fred Kellner.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Ralph O. Holmes; her children, David J. Houston (Michela) of Oregon, Virginia A. Espina (Fortunato) of Rockville, MD and Roger Houston of Allegany; her daughter-in-law Tina Barrett (Jon) of Olean; and her sister Nancy Metz (Stuart) of Wolfeboro, NH. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
